From our northwest Tennessee base, we can provide classes in several adjoining states.

For the Workplace:

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid with CPR is designed for childcare operations. The course deals with first aid emergencies that happen with infants and toddlers. The CPR section of the course deals with infants, toddlers, and adults. It meets training requirements for state certification.

Heartsaver First Aid with CPR & AED is targeted at emergency responders, including fire and rescue, as well as industrial facilities. It teaches how to recognize and deal with medical emergencies such as stroke, heart attack, seizures and diabetic emergencies. It also addresses trauma emergencies, such as bleeding and burns, while waiting for Emergency Medical Services to arrive. It meets most OSHA and insurance requirements of facilities.

Heartsaver First Aid with CPR is also available as a self-supporting course.

For Healthcare Professionals:

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) is the granddaddy of CPR courses. It is required for people actively involved in the healthcare industry and  it covers many of the scenarios of CPR that a healthcare professional can expect to see.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) classes are also available.

For the Community:

Two other interesting courses are Family and Friends® CPR and Family and Friends® First Aid for Children. Both of these cost-effective short courses familiarize “stay at home” people who do not require “card carrying” credentials.
